You can return your items to us by Colissimo or by tracked letter directly to our warehouse. These return costs are your responsibility. The item must be accompanied by your invoice (accessible from your shipping confirmation email or from the “My account” section).
We cover the return costs if it is the first exchange (metropolitan France).
The exchange of promotional products is not possible.
2 - THE ITEM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOU AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED

REIMBURSEMENT DEADLINES
Your refund amount will be immediately credited back to the bank account originally debited. From receipt of the item in our warehouse, we have a processing time of 14 working days to verify that the item is compliant (*unworn, *undamaged, *with the label and in its original package).
Once the return item has been validated, your account will be credited within 1 to 3 days, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you.
*Please note that we grant ourselves the right to refuse the return of the product and the refund if it is not salable. The customer may request to have the product returned to their address at their own expense within 15 days. Beyond this deadline, unclaimed, non-saleable items will be destroyed. No recourse will be possible and ana-lucy.com will be considered exempt from any possible commercial action.
